Tang of salt laden air
Crash of waves down below
On my lips a silent prayer

Oh that I could walk into the sea
Leave behind the beach of sand
Slip into her warm embrace
Let her carry me in her hand

Carry me ever so far away
Leave me on a deserted shore
There to find what I seek
Then, only then, to roam no more.

Eb and Flow

See my rhythms and poems
Have no motion no flow

Sometimes they Eb
But even that happens real slow

The motion is there
I Just don’t wanna let it go

If I add it you’d know
That I cared to grow

And learn, discern
I won’t say anymore

Except for this

I took a piece of bliss
Put it in my back pocket
Sat down and smashed it
Took it out then I dropped it

My language saw me
Decided I should stop it
So I brushed it off
Told everyone that I lost it

Truth is that I crossed it
Didn’t earn the ability
Says who? Says Me.
So I took and I tossed it

Whats left
I don’t know
No language

Sometime I Eb

But even that happens slow

It's up to me to build the future
With committment in my heart
Being honest with my neighbors
Is the point where I must start
A life must  always aim for truth
No hypocrisy prevail
With no blemish in my make up
If I aim for less I fail
Integrity to one another
Puts a deeper trust in place
To uphold that awesome value
Is to lift the human race
I must always stand on honor
And be forthright to the bone
Always strive to be less selfish
Where no evil turns me wrong
There will be  a better future
On that loftier plateau
God will bless me for the wisdom
If I choose that course to grow
When I truly ply those basics
There's a difference I can make
I must be a good example.....
Our third planet is at stake
