Freedom reigns where ever we are
It's the reason our warriors fight
Upon their return, show them support
So they know what they fought for was right

From Montezuma to Bataan
and the shores off of Japan
Show each woman, show each man
They were there for us at home

From the jungles of Vietnam
to Iraq and Afghanistan
Show each woman, show each man
they were not out there alone

When they come on home
Show them what is in your heart
Show the pride you have in them
the pride you had right from the start

Welcome them as heroes
To the land they left to fight
Let them sleep in freedoms home
A peaceful rest in the dark night

No matter where they battled
Show them exactly how you feel
Support them in their troubles
Let them know your love is real

Be there to share their stories
Say thanks to them with pride
Welcome them as heroes
They'll feel ten feet tall inside

From Montezuma to Bataan
And the shores off of Japan
Show each woman, show each man
They were there for us at home

From the jungles of Vietnam
To Iraq and Afghanistan
Show each woman, show each man
They were not out there alone.
jerry's voice weaves a net
to catch my drunken skin,
sagging and dancing against
his cherry pie voice
warm and sweet in the dark of
the 7:17 dawn,
sun still sleeping behind a tall mountain range.

it makes me ache for open hearted
companions
barefeet wet from dew and black from distance
fearless,
unapologetic as they scream their throats out
raw splattering on the gasping earth from
the heaven high rooftops.

flowers poked through the pores
of ocean flavored skin,
peeling from laying too long
in the morning-faced
sun.

i wonder why people feel
so ancient, when their skin is still so young.
we've built this generation in the
imprisonment of fear,
the shrill avoidance of beauty,
we've forgotten what it feels to be living
free and loving
true,
and that's why you see so many young bones
crumble when their lives have just
begun.
Though nurtured like the sailing moon
In beauty's murderous brood,
She walked awhile and blushed awhile
And on my pathway stood
Until I thought her body bore
A heart of flesh and blood.

But since I laid a hand thereon
And found a heart of stone
I have attempted many things
And not a thing is done,
For every hand is lunatic
That travels on the moon.

She smiled and that transfigured me
And left me but a lout,
Maundering here, and maundering there,
Emptier of thought
Than the heavenly circuit of its stars
When the moon sails out.
Please please your highness
My gracious Queen
Please seek the righteous path
For your knight's strength
Can be no greater
Than the height of your ideal
And his bonds of allegiances, no stronger
than your bonds with God
For it is only the Queen
Who drinks from the cup of justice
That softens to the will of God
Which can feed the Lions
Buried deep in her knight's heart

Cherished, are the moments
A knight shares with his horse
As I rest in the silence
Of this blemishless heart
A humble steed it be
That carries a kingdom on his back
Twisted am I, for I ask so much
As to serve a master
Is to betray a friend
For sorrow fills my heart
As your master, how can this be
When you teach me loyalty
dignity and bravery
I vow now to never leave your side
And all blessings bestowed to me pass onto you

To my gracious Queen
May I honour all of you
For only I know the gentleness
Of my vengeful great queen
As my faith rests in her
And hers in mine
Such faith has no grave
But binds us as one
For you are the rainbow after every war
Who brings new promise to my weeping heart
that tranquilizes the regrets
Of my blood soaked hands
And lifts my stained soul
From the stench found in battle

For you my Queen I owe all to you
Into the arms of the Lord I do now fall
for never will be such service forgot
But lie in the souls for evermore
I used spend time with a lady which always had a regal feel around her or at least I felt she did and I also experienced  a strange feeling of allegiance  towards her which gave me feeling that I had served her before , if you believe in past lives? .

That man, he's got eyes that shine,
Like the ocean in the morning time.
He comes and goes
Just like the waves,
And as he goes
He calls my name.
That man, He's deeper than the sea
And from the depths he calls to me.
He's got highs and lows
Just like the tide,
Yet through his lows
He won't say goodbye.
That man, he leaves a wake behind,
And like the sea he churns and grinds.
He's both the calm and the storm.
Always changing,
He's cold and warm
But his cold, never estranging.

A pearl is kissed; licked
By a gentle, questing tongue,
Ecstasy greets her.
Not a new one, but my sexiest, I think!
The night is young
& full of rest
I can’t describe the
way she’s dress’d
She’ll pander to some strange
requests
Anything that you suggest
Anything to please her guest
I've drunk of the wine of spring

and been intoxicated by the lush sweetness of it's life

I've basked in the sky of the cool summer night

and felt the myriad stars beckoning to my soul

I've felt autumns bitter chill settling into my bones

as the leaves turned scarlet red and knew that winter was near

I've felt the frozen bite of Decembers icy winds wrap me

in their lifeless embrace and steal the warmth from my heart
