I can't tell you enough,
How much you really mean to me
All the stars in the night sky
Could not sum up my feelings for you
Every time I want to speak to you
All I can say is i love you
Einstein may be smart but he does not know
That with my mouth I say sincerely from my heart
I LOVE YOU
If god looked down upon me,
His love to the world could not measure to what I feel for you
Girls could say they love me but my heart truly belongs to you
So please answer this one question
While I'm on my knee
Will you marry me?

That One Guy
I stay up all night
Again
Thinking nothing
But sad thoughts
I thought
Of
One thing
In particular
I don't want to repeat
I tried as hard
As I could
Not to cry
But I did
And I could not stop

I wrote a poem about you
that I didn't want to keep
so I wrote it by the ocean
in the sand beneath my feet

I sat there by it silently
listening to the waves
just watching the tide come in
at the end of this pensive day

As the sea gently rolled in
and washed away the words
salty tears began to fall
as the ocean took away the hurt

I will never share with you
the words written in the sand
I'll never kiss those lips I long to
or feel the gentle caress of your hands

I remain seated here alone
the poem just a memory in my mind
a pain still lingers within my heart
a mixture of loss and longing combined

One day I'll retrace the words again
in the glorious golden sand
maybe you'll see them this time
and just maybe you'll understand
This came from a conversation about my fear of being stranded without pen and paper.   It went a completely different way, but I followed my heart

Q
Drinking bottles of Guinness
"Only socially, I can't stand the stuff"
Fatality in the finesse
Of 'classiness' and *****.

Smoky rooms and jazzy tunes
A cigar hanging from the lips
Fatality in the finesse
Of small talk and swaying hips.

Winehouse's drawl pours from the speakers
That are modern in their vintage style
Fatality in the finesse
Of hidden grimaces and fake smiles.

Every conversations the same
In it's lack of personality
Fatality in the finesse
Of sociability.
I have no idea where this came from.
