Maybe someday our
kindred spirits will cross
paths and ignite our lonely
hearts we thought would never glow.

Kayotic Tragedy
No one knows what I hide
Behind my crystal eyes
A pool that constantly changes

One second you glance its a brilliant green
The next moment you cast a gaze upon me
It casts a solemn grey shadow.
But not only does it lose its color
It brings back to the surface a soft blue.

My eyes change like the seasons
Controlled by a source of emotions

Grey, lost and all alone in my mind
Blue, saddened and hurt
Hazel, recovery, its a sign that I am fine
Green, pure and utter happiness. A color you may only see for a few mere minutes if you are lucky enough to catch a glimpse of my eyes on a good day.

Slur pee
These emotions run free, words released
As tears against my cheek,
Lips stretched against teeth.
Unrestrained my heart beats, bleeding-
Staining the sheets, that cover your cold shoulders
As you turn away from me. My hands pulling towards
Our infinity. With open arms I move forward
To embrace this closed world.
Only to be rejected, left
In the freezing cold.

Love is beautifully grand
this is absolutely true.
But I wouldn't sincerely know
if I were with anyone but you.

one cool blade, against pale
skin pressing lightly just
a bit then a bit
harder

no red so again just a bit
harder, against the smooth
surface until it
breaks

pain does not shoot through
your veins it is merely
routine, one way of
relief

How much truth sleeps at the bottom of a bottle
So much soul lies with a drink in the hand
I downed shots of forget and apologies
I've drank cups full of women to whom I don't know names
These pockets run dry as my insides burn
And all my poems are written with a quivering hand.
