What would I do
if I was the invisible man?
What kind of scheme?
What kind of plan?

Hanging around your room
late at night
watch you undress
Wow, what a sight!

Or would it be
a bank that I'd rob?
Stealing the money
from some old rich slob?

Eavesdropping on
their conversation?
Having this power
is such a sensation

Not worried about looks
fashion or style
No use for expression
not even a smile

Time has passed
a year or two
Not feeling happy
I'm feeling blue

Being this way
isn't so great
It's hard to find love
or even a date

I hope someday
this curse will end
So I can find
my one special friend

I want that ‘my friends think I’m crazy’ kinda love. That reckless kinda love. That ‘wake up early, make you breakfast’ kinda love. That ‘crack open my life and say look, you gotta see this’ kinda love. Forget the shallow stuff, I want the deepest kinda love. That ‘I wanna stay up late and tell you all my secrets’ kinda love. That ‘every time I see you, I fall in pieces’ kinda love. I want that ‘stand next to me’ kinda love. That ‘you are my destiny’ kinda love. That ‘no matter what happens, you’ll always get the best of me’ kinda love. That ‘you get my heart and my mind; this world gets the rest of me’ kinda love. That ‘invest in me’ kinda love. That ‘you already know that I’ve invested in you’ kinda love. That ‘you come home upset, you don’t even gotta say nothin’, I already know what to do’ kinda love. I want…I want love
A time to rise, a time to fight,
A time to stand for what is right,
A time to be brave, no time for fear,
A time that very soon will appear.

A time to hold your belief that’s true,
A time to define the inner you,
A time for strength, not run and hide,
A time your voice won’t be denied.

A time to make the whole world listen,
A time that makes the new you glisten,
A time for hope, no time for sorrow,
A time to define your every tomorrow.

A time to show how much you care,
A time for those, whom Earth you share,
A time to stop both suffering and pain,
A time for positivity, a time for gain.

A time for all to hear you speak,
A time to prove the truth you seek,
A time for revolution before it’s gone,
A time to show that change starts with one.

Curse my mortality, shame is it upon me. I can not bear the grief that my own desires bring upon me. Temptation and the delight of pleasure, if even for a brief while. These things make me at odds with the celestial powers. What is man, but a bundle of emotions? Desires that rule our reason. If we are hungry then we seek to eat. If we are lonely, then we seek company. Not in the sense of spiritual comfort, but in the worldly things that give such as this. Alas all of this is temporary, for again we have a mortal self. That which gets in our way and causes us to stumble. If not for divine dispensation, we would die of our own lustful ways long before fate had dictated our end.
I remember,
when i was younger- i used to think.
Love came as fast as it went,
so painless. So easy.

If i could visit that me
                                                 i'd break his legs,
                                                 then his heart.
Then he'll truly see
what a scar is.

                                                        Walking down the street
                                                        still lacking a heartbeat.
how fast perspective changes

Going outside just to wander
Walking round the world about
The wind is blowing
In an apparent shout

The trees they sway
This way and that
Moving with the wind
Like some foreign dance

The movements are magic
And the noise is their song
The trees are alive
Of this I'm not wrong

Even when the leaves are gone
The trees still dance
And sing their song

A gentle hush is what they make
A moving sound
And breath it takes

The branches are moving
Every which way
Their location is one
But they enjoy the restraints

For they know
That where they are
Is where they should be
And their movement
Is of the most beautiful simplicity.
