I don’t resist anymore by now.
I just don’t need it at all.
I have no grudge, no rues, no fear
And all my mistakes are forgiven for all.

I continue to live no sweat.
It’s not my age to freak.
I look ahead with no rushing.
I look back trying to forget.

I stop fall in reflections
About the frailty of life.
I stop rankle myself and sorrow
Through all my dark sleepless nights.

Now I’m here as I am,
Unvarnished, not trying to please.
I live! I’m free and clear!
There won’t be no chance to repeat.

And you’re here now, you’re near.
I don’t really want to know why.
I don’t resist anymore. I don’t need it.
You want to do so. So do I.
I’m tired of swiping, tired of staring
at faces I’ll never touch.
The world feels like a crowded room,
but nobody’s looking my way.

They say love’s a battlefield,
but I’m unarmed, bare hands,
a heart too soft to fight.
And yet I keep stepping in,
waiting for a glance, a spark,
someone to call my name like it’s theirs.

I don’t want roses,
don’t need sweet words dripping with lies.
Give me the mess,
the bruises, the fire that burns
when two souls collide too fast.
I’ll take it raw,
no filters, no edits,
just truth.

Is it too much to ask
for someone to stay,
to look at me like I’m the only star
in their dark sky?
Or am I just searching
for something that was never
meant to be found?
what should I do to improve my writting?

They call  me 24 watts
Just a little dim.
They like a bit of banter
My proper name is
Bill.
I Have a sister
She likes to eat cake
Her name is
Victoria Sponge
And is skinny as
A shovel.
My brother Jack
Lived in a box
When you took
The lid off
He stayed
where he was.
We all had the
same mother
But had different dads
Mum just liked a change
We’re happy about this.
he had Batman socks and multicolored bracelets
he said time didn’t exist and people are fragile
he gave out pink flowers and talked about pink flamingos
we shared a sandwich and hugged
we said nice to meet you and shook hands
he was warm and kind and peaceful
his talking topics were like stones skipped across a heavy pond
I was a dragonfly investigating ripples
he was silent for long intervals, head bobbing up and down, as he pondered things I said
he made a metal dinosaur skeleton bracelet do a little dance

I fell in love with him right away
