I see so much sadness
I know I'm not alone
So,So much pain
Rivers of it flow

I understand the reasons
Wish to help them all
How would that be possible
When I still trip and fall

Hope keeps showing itself
Only glimpses at a time
There's one who keeps me moving
She moves me all the time

Someday seems so distant
Like a mountain looming far
But someday keeps me going
Though sometimes it gets hard.

Lorraine day
No words that I shall ever speak
Will ever let you know

How much it's meant
To have you in this life
I've come to know

No action I could ever take
Could show you
Or repay

The things you've done
So selflessly
Each and every day

No other person that I've met
touched my heart
The way you do

I could travel this whole world over
Never to find someone like you

Your mind is filled with the kindest thoughts
Your words speak though very few

Impact on all who hear them
Reflecting the heart of you

You give so much abundantly
Ask for nothing in return

If only we could have more time
Together
I would learn

Material gain is worthless
It aims to make us blind

To all the things that matter
After all it's left behind

You've taught me
Oh so many things
Especially how to love

No limits nor restrictions
Freely given from above

When they're at their peek of brightness

She ties ribbons around the stars

She's been told by some, they like this

Highlighting who it is they are

Outside she spends her evenings

At the edge of her front yard

Reaching into the constellations

Tying ribbons around the stars

You're an illusion, Dido,
in a frame of broken glass.
Bleeding at the edges,
maimed on the inside.

Obstinate refusing other men's hands
entrenched in old habits.
You've built a new kingdom,
on the ruins of an old man's land.

There, alighted a lost bird,
pleading for a grain of wheat.
But he ate poisoned bread,
due to your undying generosity,

O unfortunate Dido,
You exasperated heart is healed.
But hit with the wrong arrow,
have you dived into the dark cave.

Blind to the falsehood
of your second darling.
The pain of the first trapped,
the unwanted ring.

Your call for help
dissolves in an infinite echo.
His fleet reached the open sea
and vanishes with your renewed happiness.

Escape the pain in your chest,
the ornate sword levied,
throw yourself into the fire of your sorrow and grief,
to finally fall into Sichaeus' arms.

I wanted so badly to uncover a bright clean heart in you
I kept on digging like a mad dog in the dirt

I know it's gotta be here somewhere.
See this is urgent
All I wish for now is to find a glimmer of hope in the dirt
And climb on up to the surface with that treasure in the palm of my hand.

"See! Proof that you want to live to see tomorrow"
