It seems that I can only be found
Where sunshine reigns and laughter blossoms,
By streams of running water
and where rainbows grow like flowers
in the fields of endless time.

I am yearning to ask every question of tomorrow,
and know,
that with every step that I take
in the lifetime I have so lovingly been offered,
I affect my eternity.

And so now,
I act.

Yesterdays Come And Go

Where Have All The Yesterdays Gone?
Do They Mingle Among Beds Of Flowers,
Or Do They Hide In The Saltiest Of Seas?
Do They Soar Upon A Raven's Wing,
Or Dance With The Honey Bees?
Do They Trudge Along A Rugged Trail,
Or Are They A Whisper In The Breeze?
I Intend On Finding Them,
For They Hold You And Me.

Sweet dreams.

Come with me, oh, dear! Let me take you there,
This world isn’t good for you, it’s greedy and unfair,
Come with me to the place, where sun rises up high,
Enlightening the buried hopes in hearts of you and I,
Where greed has no place,
Where anger has no face,
Where clouds shower happiness, high up from the sky..

Come with me oh!dear, where nights are not dark,
Where moons shines up so bright that even dawn blush to embark,

Come with me to the place where there will be no more pain,
Just close your eyes and dream and don’t wake up again.

A sweet lullaby.

Daydreams

Staring at the shock waves
In the water
Where I threw that
Smooth river stone
Looking at the water
Ripple across the river
Little tiny bubbles of water
From down under the river
Where the muddy earthen floor
Is very mossy, here and there a pebble
I'm watching the water glisten
Like thousands of jewels
Flung across the sand
Sparkling in the honeyed rays
Of sunshine
On that hot Summer day
When daisies lazily
Danced the long hours away
And cattails waltzed from shore to shore
Dreaming in the sun
Underneath the sky
Where lazy Summer clouds
Float by in the celestial air
Laden with the perfume of wild flowers
'Tis a nostalgic

Love Me Before I Die

When I m Dead,
Your Tears May Flow,
But I Wont Know,
Cry For Me Now, Instead..

When I am Dead,
You Will Send Flowers,
But I Wont See,
Send them Now, Instead..

When I M Dead,
You Will Say Words Of Praise,
But I Wont Hear,
Praise Me Now, Instead..

When I am Dead,
You Will Forget My Faults,
But I Wont Know,
Forget them Now, INSTEAD…!

When I am Dead,
You Will Say I Was Great,
If You Tell it Now I Will Feel proud,
So Please Don't Wait, tell that Now, INSTEAD…!

When I am Dead,
You Will Come To My Grave And Whisper "I Loved You, Why You Left",
But I Will Not Be Able To Fill You In My Arms,
Don't Wait if You Have To Express, tell that Now, INSTEAD…!

Though We Are Not Giants

Though we are not giants
We can reach across the world,
To touch the hearts of many
To step out and be bold

Did you know, as you see the pictures
They’re really peoples’ lives?
Not just faces; these children have
Real tears and real eyes

If we all can give a little
Our change can change the world,
One step at a time
We are nearing our goal

We can all make a difference
Greatness has no age or size,
It’s only what is in your heart,
That’s truly recognised

And though we are not giants
The world’s within our grasp,
For on each others’ shoulders
We can reach each others’ hearts

This is an old poem I wrote about four years ago,
(when i was about 13/14 years old) -
Just thought I'd share it... :)

To wonder and laughter

With friends that are great and amaze me everyday

Looking in the past
Flying toward the future
Trying to see what's wrong
Trying to see what's right
Always battling the odds
And trying not to pick fights
All I can do is keep flying
Towards my unknown dreams
Towards my unknown future
Waiting for that person who will light up my life
That will keep the battles at bay
That will make all my wrongs seem okay
I'll wait and soar through my blue sky while my mind and body wait
for mister right
