Sometimes I check on you-
to make sure you're still here.
And I'm certain you don't know I do,
but I do.
I haven't even seen you in more than a year
and, truthfully, I don't really want to now.
But that doesn't mean I want you dead.
I guess it's because I hurt you, even though I never meant to.
