Nursing a head full of questions.

In my already bloated baggage,
I take in an extra load.
A tourist in a familiar place
stranded by the side of the road.

Secrets are hidden
In the desperation
Of disillusion

Spiritual spikes
So excitedly
Are redefined
By every worldview
That has humankind

Every map
Drawn to dust
Every soul
Drawn to lust
Deciphered
To fit a spiritual need
A simple tourniquet
When the heart bleeds

In the oneness
Of the all

Faint is the light
The penal gland
