Tell me when
I am crying
I am hurt
I don't feel it anymore

Tell me when
I am absent
I am silent
I don't recognize it anymore

Tell me when
I am hungry
I am tired
I don't notice it anymore

Tell me when
I am bleeding
I am cutting
I don't see it anymore

Tell me when
I am gone
I am dead
I don't know it anymore

Tess
It was a day full of rain
A gloomy one
A depressing day

But once the rain went away,
I saw it
The most beautiful rainbow ever

All seven colors
Shining brightly
My eyes were pleased

I wondered,
What it would be like,
To bite into that rainbow

What would the colors taste like
Exploding in my mouth
And leaving my tongue colored

Ah, but I can only imagine
Unbecome everyone’s dreams
Unbecome everyone’s scars
Unbecome everything fake
To be what you truly are.

It has been a while
Since I wrote a poem
Atleast that is what it feels like

In the beginning of my new era
Poems were project on paper
Once, twice, three times a day

Yesterday I only wrote one
Two days ago none
And for this day, it's the first that has been done

Hello there
Lets get this message in the air
We might give the convesation a little flair

How are you doing
Maybey the next message goes with a boeing
Just to get the conversation going

I hope you like this little poem
I hope you will find this bottle unbroken
I hope our next message can be spoken

Let me know if this message came through
I would like it if you do
And the best of luck to you
From New Years resolutions till summer body goals
Losing weight is an idea stuck to the mind of too many people
The scale an enemy, a friend perhaps
Personal trainers and commercials on tv
Screaming that you look too fat, too heavy
That you need to be skinny in order to be beautiful
Advertisements all over the world
Trying to make sure that you don't eat unhealthy anymore
People start to think that only skinny people can be loved but
Not everyone is born to be skinny
There is a weight on our shoulders
Some will be buried under it, not able to stand strong anymore
Energy so low but the gym is our home
So the gap between the tighs and the seen muscles in the belly
May hopefully lead to someone telling them they are loved
When that not happens, overtraining and undereating is there
From anorexia till bulimia, eating disorders take over the minds
Finally the attention is there but not because they look beautiful
Now they are too skinny, sick in our head they are called
Ribs are shown to the outside world, a face smaller then at it's birth
Oversized sweaters are the only thing to wear in order to hide what's under there
Wanting to be loved is already out of their minds
All they want to do is survive in this world
Where we compliment each other when we lost some weight
But we never ask why they felt the need to do it
