You taught me how to smile again, when I forgot everything before you.
You taught me how to live again, when all I knew was you.
I try my hand at the ©Jacob Serento and © Raine Cooper style.

Awesome Annie
Its nothing I can say, only something I can feel. If only I could wake up and know it isn't real.

I lost it, through my fingers let it slip. Heard and felt it in my heart as it broke away and ripped.

Grief can never be a comfort, as time goes ticking fast. But I know for people like me, happiness doesn't last.

I sit and wait, for this test in life just to finally end. But we know from past lessons learned, that sorrow has no friend.

Bow down, there's the king
Looking for a worthy queen
Tell me I'm the one

Star filled night
Dancing to music from a phone
Gown and suit
Yet still perfect

Come, rest your tired bones
Beside my aching soul,
And in each other we'll find respite.
My body and soul will become
A cohesive healed entity,
Pressed and bonded together
By the ether of your hands,
And in turn I will mend your aches;
The new and antique all the same
Will fade under the salve of my lips.

Brianna Elise
Vacuous.
A sliver of moon,
Slight but sharp;
A rapier forged in the fire of sin.
Feigned delicacy.
Her minimalism, a pretense;
Beneath it lies her ****** truth.
She dances to the tune
Of the manifold wails of the wicked.
She sings a soft siren lullaby,
Luring the hearts of the weak astray.
Down the path of her legs
To the trap of her thighs,
He follows her beckoning croon,
A wanton plea from her soulless eyes.
I watched as she wove
Her beautiful tapestry
With hideous threads,
Colored red with falsehoods.
And when it was finished,
She draped it over his eyes,
And I knew I had lost him for good.
For temptation had blinded him,
And ensnared his weak heart,
And into the darkness she took him.

Let me throw my fists to break them
shatter my bones, leave me in pieces/
rip out my heart strings/
use them for your own instruments/
All my thoughts are sentences
and i am tired of the poetry/
I cannot think with it playing in my head,
over and over like a scratched record/
My veins are dry,
and I have nothing left to fill them with/
when she asked me why I would write on the napkins
