An individual lacking a particular talent
but is honest, open-minded, teachable,
enthusiastic and adamant has a higher
chance at success than a talented person
lacking all the other qualities.

A dream is like a seed in a number of ways

A seed in hand (not planted) remains
a seed and a dream in mind (not worked
out) remains a dream.

A dream needs a favorable environment
to materialize like a seed needs a fertile soil.

A dream requires time to become
a full-blown reality, same as the growth
of a seed into a tree.

A dream can be choked when surrounded
by wrong people like a seed planted
amongst weeds.

A seed becomes a plant and gives out oxygen,
fruits to people. A dream should be beyond self
but be beneficial to other people.

Even in the challenging times of life
There's usually something to be grateful for
And gratitude opens closed doors
It's also a matter of one's focus –
Is it on a seemingly big problem or
an omnipotent God?

Why wait for the light at the end
of the tunnel, when the one in
the tunnel has great light on the inside.
Shine bright, that's what you've been
called to do.

Do you remember that
satan was once an Angel
in the presence of God in heaven
a place (supposedly) void of sin
Yet, satan and other angels fell.

Humans live in a world of sin
Yet, we bash one another when we err
While God looks at us with grace.

Only if we would be less harsh and
more forgiving, more understanding
We'll see how good humans are or
how good humans can be.

Even when our opinions clash,
let us both leave more sharpened.
An object could look different when
viewed from different angles.
Different perspectives allow for a
clearer and better understanding
You could be right from a partial view
But the full picture holds more truth
An open mind is positioned for growth
There is always more room to grow.

Receive feedback with an open mind
But don't let opinions drive your life
Examine the words said unto you and
sort them accordingly –
Some are to be disregarded
Some are to be considered
Some are to be implemented
People are not always right and
they are not always wrong either.
Listen carefully and act wisely!

But the wisdom that is from above is first pure,
then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be entreated,
full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality,
and without hypocrisy.​
