Friends come and go
Life flies by right before your eyes.
You loose ones you love
Yet through it all you still love your life.

People leave you to fight alone
You put on a fake smile to hide all your pain
Yet someone still knows your hurt.

Through it all you still put on a front to satisfy those around you
Thorough it all you wouldn't change a thing
Through it all you wouldn't trade your life for fame.

You build a wall to try to keep from getting hurt
You lock up you heart and throw away the key to see who cares enough to look for the key
Through it all there's not many people that got you to open up yet still you love it all.

Struggles meet you in the face to watch you slip up
Yet through it all you wouldn't change a thing.

Through it all you wouldn't change a thing
Through it all you wouldn't trade your life for fame.
Not my poem ^_^ friend showed me this , they didn't know the person who wrote it though , sorry ^_^
Life is not all rainbows and butterflies.
Just ask the ones that lie inside,
Lifeless and dull.
Fluttering their wings inside my skull,
Torturing me until I have died.
Life is not all rainbows and butterflies.

DC raw love
I am the sun, I am the air
I am the dirt, I am human

I have the right to grow
and to stand in the rain

Things will always happen
and my hope will stay strong

I am one, I am spoken
I am real, I am chosen

Things will be sometimes strange
and I will always look for meaning

I have the right to learn
and to choose, what I want to choose

I am me, I am strong
I am week, I am bleak

To fight for what I want
and to cry, when I want to cry

I am my own person who can think
and I will live, the way I want to live

to grow, to learn
to know, to love

To be attracted to that one certain person
and I will love, who I want to love

To find what I am looking for
and to do, what I want to do

I will try, I will die
i will cherish, I will fly

Who will be the sight,
for the blind?
who will be the voice,
for the mute?
who will be the sound,
for the deaf?
who will stand up,
for those who can not stand?
who but us?
The ones this world will be ran by,
who will be the comfort,
for the beaten?
who will be the light,
in a world of darkness?
who will stand up,
and make a change for the world,
if we do not.
who I ask?
who will but us?
no one will.
the blind will not see,
the mute will not speak,
there will be no sound for the deaf,
those who can not stand,
will not stand,
those who are beaten,
will not find comfort,
there will be no light,
in a dark world,
so if you say no,
and you stand with me,
you will be,
the sight for the blind,
you will be the voice for the mute,
you will be the sound for the deaf,
you will help those who can not stand,
stand.
you will be the comfort for the beaten,
and you will be the Light,
in a very dark world.

At 6 she wanted to be a ballerina
At 8 she wanted to be a veterinarian
At 10 she wanted to be a teacher
At 13 she wanted to be pretty
At 16 she wanted to be dead

But..

At 18 she graduates high school
At 20 she studies for her final
At 22 she gets her diploma
At 24 she finds her career
At 26 she whispers "I do"
At 28 she holds her new born child
At 30 she wipes her tears and says

"I made it"
