silas
sometimes
i find it hard to believe
that at one point in my life
i was unaware of your existence.
i didn't know that you could see darkness
only not during the day
i didn't know that you could see kindness
only not from those who love you
and sadly,
i didn't know that you could see beauty
only not in yourself

s.
my apologies for the initials
Opinion is something to be treasured.
Worn thin until it's weathered.
Not left aside on desolate streets.
To be resurected by mindless freaks.

A gentle stream of people
flowing like a river would
flowers on both sides
earth breathing
coincide..
we knew we could
a vast blue sky
filled with birds and ocean life
evolution's true
and the stars at night
bring
a marvelous light
the arm of the milkyway
stretched like one awesome smile
it's my bluebrint of the world
but still it's a raw design

From this perspective,
it's almost like I can see the future.
It's just one busy highway-
An infinite stretch of pavement.
It looks like my veins, and the traffic is your blood.

Side to side of me passes with a blur,
forests to hills, to forests on hills.
I spot the beach and smell that endless surf.
For just a moment, I leave the road
so I can touch the dirt.
