hands unwanted velvet cake hate brain add going apart depression stupid changed life places heart face focus find marks break screaming stuff night disorder people pounding deficit red opening keep constantly distance attention hand neck stains discovered paper touch smiling overwhelming expectations better crying covered hurting bouts band telling burns cry strangling heavy harm gripping concert sensation dead hair decided fingertips tripped living reaching overwhelmed mess sliding body full pushing path wanted throw change ate fonder days thing place hatred block prints bath simply carry worthless finally fight secret music thoughts troubling today loving gliding formed hurt understand library tearing unrealistic longer kind ugly future constant cover mind glitching pulling anger sprouts rid stole sat floor complaining things breaking tight chest brings test normal track problems tired grow vein whispers metal scaring alright goals
