Stars in the sky exploding
Space and time folding
Bombs going off as the galaxy rips
Flashing lights fight to eclipse

Visions full of fluorescence
At the sacrifice of a solar systems essence
Shooting stars cry across the skies
Puncturing planets as they pulverize

Swirls of liberation
Celestial bodies melting in devastation
Swarms collect and deform
Exploding into storms as they transform

The aura of the aurora bleeding like mascara
As if the planet is crying at the end of an era
Watching as black holes fight over vibrant sights
Pulling it apart as it ignites

What a wonderful curse
To befall the universe
It's so beautiful its cryptic
God bless a life so apocalyptic

Front Page!!! I hope to god this poem becomes more popular then "chorus of a love song" because that does not deserve to be my most popular poem.(Later) Shit The Daily...Well that was my first wish that has ever came true and then some.

I died
with a smile
on your birthday
alone
under the duvet

I longed to be
a shadow
that stretched
from your
chest

On your bedroom
ceiling
watch me dance
with you
until the sun swings
low and
half the room dies.

The Milk and
blood
can't be
unsoured
or cried over
once spilled,

but

I have loved you,
my unbroken
window
through which
I saw
droplets
falling to
their future
graves.

Thank you for the kind comments everyone.

As I stand here on the outside looking in
How sad it is to know I'll always stay
A stranger still to those who are within
No soulmate to be found, no friend, no twin
No memories to share, no words to say
As I stand here on the outside looking in
Yearning for a friendship to begin
No-one interested in things I have to say
A stranger still to those who are within
They have a secret game that I can't win
Must let the cards fall where they may
As I stand here on the outside looking in
No friendly glance, no smiling eyes, no grin
Now is the time to stop and turn away
A stranger still to those who are within
Longing for a friendship to begin
But thinking there is malice here at play
As I stand here on the outside looking in
A stranger still to those who are within

I am no longer waiting for a special occasion; I burn the best candles on ordinary days.
I am no longer waiting for the house to be clean; I fill it with people who understand that even dust is Sacred.
I am no longer waiting for everyone to understand me; It’s just not their task
I am no longer waiting for the perfect children; my children have their own names that burn as brightly as any star.
I am no longer waiting for the other shoe to drop; It already did, and I survived.
I am no longer waiting for the time to be right; the time is always now.
I am no longer waiting for the mate who will complete me; I am grateful to be so warmly, tenderly held.
I am no longer waiting for a quiet moment; my heart can be stilled whenever it is called.
I am no longer waiting for the world to be at peace; I unclench my grasp and breathe peace in and out.
I am no longer waiting to do something great; being awake to carry my grain of sand is enough.
I am no longer waiting to be recognized; I know that I dance in a holy circle.
I am no longer waiting for Forgiveness. I believe, I Believe.

born with a halo shattered
human afterbirth in dirt
withered wings, feathers tattered
protrusions of pain and hurt

only an angel can be born
held by the devil's hands
flesh becomes hard, when its torn
only an angel understands

I wrote this a few years ago. I don't think I have posted it for a while

Our bodies are facing
The arms of dawn.
Conflicts of our skins
From night's reverie
Floating with fading purple.
Still lost in the depth of
Your starry mouth,
Particles of me
Merging into the universe.
Mingled thoughts
Under mingled fingers
Making galaxies crumbled
Time after time
Inside my closed eyes,
As I'm being washed by your
Warm luminosity.

I'm overwhelmed as Merged got selected as a daily poem. It means a lot to me. I'm grateful to all the poet-readers of HP. I wouldn't be able to achieve it without their support. Thanks a lot ❤

Linger here
Cling to me
Flow in the dim
Evening light
Ghostly blue
Help me breathe
Encircle me
For the night

Subtle notes
Thick as ink
Kill me softly
At my lips
My fingertips
Whispering
These dirty words
At your hips

I am yours
You are mine
Every kiss
Pulls the sky
The fire burns
And you rise
Slowly recline
Watch me die

A poem for somebody who has deserved one longer than anybody else I've ever known.
A MASSIVE THANK YOU FOR MAKING THIS GET TO THE DAILY BOARD! IT MEANS A GREAT DEAL TO ME!
I've told the person I wrote this poem for and about that it is enjoyed by many!
