Nov 2014
Our fingers dropped snowballs,
and laced together
in heated pockets.
Our cheeks dusted icy white,
with hot insides
from rich cocoa.
Our eyelashes clutched flurries,
later happy tears
by the fireplace.
Our bodies shiver stripped of clothes,
embrace and cling
under fleecy covers.
Our whispers rose in the cold,
vapored souls eloping
with lover's warmth.
