"gemeni" poems
unanimous
perfect
agreement
hands down
no argument
Countermelody
without the selfish back talk
point reinforcement
the Visionary
failing
falling
lost to
Deaf ears
not for
lack of
Volume
but out
of generic
disinterest
the Artist
flailing
calling
blind to
Deafinition
not for
lack of
Hunger
contrary
starving for
consummation
Hand in hand
The multitude
A sacred harp
The gemeni

Gemeni boy
Both happy and sad
He mourns while dance
He chooses to be slow but can still be fast
He's a serious joke
A sad laugh
His future is in his past
Breaks easily but somehow last
When hes quite he speaks the loudest
He's self centered but modest
He tends to forget but has a good memory
His too many friends are his too many enemies.

three bags on top of the pile of laundry in the cardboard box in my mind
for whatever reason, they each have at least one of my things.
I don't feel like putting them away.
I choose to drink lukewarm water
but refuse to wash the dishes right away.
oh well
I'll always remember this time as the time
I wrote the most
