darkness falls the night is still
the wolves are howling up on the hill
the moon is high and shining bright
for the devil the time is right.

time for him to claim a soul
add another to his toll
time for him to come and play
time to take your soul away.

as he wanders in the night
its his time the settings right
wanders till the break of day
till he gets his evil way.

they say that there are angels in heaven up above
in there world of peace filled with so much love
ready there to greet you and give you all there care
in your final resting place the angels will be there

your soul it will be free no sorrow or no pain
you are free at last and happy once again
guarded by the angels in there world above
in there home in heaven filled with so much love

i have a little cat he just loves a cake
he sits there to watch every time i bake
when the cake is ready he gives a little grin
watches as i take it from the baking tin.

his favorite cake his sponge he seems to like it best
the one that he prefers better than the rest
i think it is the cream that makes him like it more
i never seen a cat eating cake  before.

when it is his birthday i know what to do
make a little cake  saying this ones just for you

heads of golden yellow stem so green and bright
standing up so tall standing so upright
glowing in the sun in the early dawn
sat there on display in the early morn
even in the boxes of the window sill
this lovely springtime flower the golden daffodil
such a sight  to see such a lovely thing
just to see the daffodils in the early spring

i have a little kitten he has a plastic mouse
he throws in the air and all around the house
takes  it up the stairs and puts in the bath
brings the mouse back down again this it makes me laugh
then when his playings done he takes his mouse to bed
cuddles up beside it  to  rest his tired head

there was a little rabbit and he just longed to be
a fire engine  driver a fireman was he
putting out the fires with a fire hose
and his little mask hanging from his nose.

going in to buildings that were all a blaze
with his great big torch shining through the haze
climbing up the ladder right up to the top
spraying lots of water till the flames did stop.

setting people free from the burning mess
taking them to safety while they were in distress
this is what he longed and he hoped to be
a servant of the public a fireman was he

i saw a little monkey in a big palm tree
sat there picking coconuts and bringing them to me.

he put them in pile and put them nice and neat
then he got some more and laid them at my feet.

he was very friendly and he just love to play
passing on the time in his monkey way.

having lots of fun as happy as can be
this funny little fellow filled my heart with glee.

there was a little dog his life was rather rough
neglected by his owner  he had. had enough
the little dog decided he would runaway
wander of alone and become a stray.

roam around the country where he could be free
no more hurt are harm safe again was he
oneday on his travels along the countryside
he saw a little cottage its door was open wide.
the little dog was hungry and took a look inside.

there he saw a lady sitting in a chair
she had heard the dog and knew that he was there.
she knew the dog was hungry fed him with some meat
and some doggy biscuits a proper doggy treat.

she lived on her own and needed company
she was very lonely just the same as he
the little dog was happy and with the lady stayed
now they had each other there company was made.

there both still togther to this very day
dog has settled down and no longer wants to stray.

i saw an apple tree with blossom oh so white
like little drops of snow  a picture of delight
lots and lots of flowers  and pollinating bees
as busy as can be among the apple trees

waiting for the summer for its fruit to drop
each and every branch yeilding such a crop
when the apples fall and lying on the floor
it will wait its time to bloom again once more

i saw a Silhouette as clear as can be
a figure of an angel there in front of me.

the shadow of her wings reflecting in the night
an halo round her head shining very bright.

whispering my name as she hovered over head
calling out to me as i lay in my bed.

i felt very safe and my heart it filled with love
the silhouette i saw was sent from up above

i saw little snail walking down the path
in the pouring rain i began to laugh
he had an umberella with colors very bright
it looked very funny and filled me with delight
he just made me giggle walking very slow
walking in the rain umberella all aglow
then rain it stopped his brolly put away
i think about the snail every single day

life is full of lots of things. there is good and bad
things to make you happy things to make you sad.
full of ups and downs chances you must take
chances that will challenge and put your life at stake.

lots different things that will come your way
things that you will come across every single day.
theres some many things there in front of you
that you will have face for your whole life through.

there was a little duck a diving duck was he
one day in the olympics he just longed to be
diving of the boards  very way up high
doing lots of somersaults flying through the sky
landing in the pool as perfect as he could
with hardly any splash as a diver should
getting perfect scores to win his medal gold
high up in the air his medal he would hold
this is what he longed for and he would love to do
hoping maybe one day his dream just might come true

there was  little hare and he just long to be
a shining knight in  armour back in history  
riding in a joust with a big long lance
riding on his steed as it began to prance.

then a fight with swords clashing in the sun
this would be a challenge and give him lots of fun
sitting round the table like a proper knight
with a feather in his  hat very big and bright.

then he would go to sleep in a great big tent
and think about his day and how his day was spent

daddy was a trucking man took me everywhere
when he hit the road i was always there
we listened to the radio to a country song
listened to my daddy as he sang along

travelling every place every here and there
where ever daddy went he took me everywhere
driving all day long till the sun goes down
driving every highway each and every town

someday when im older i will be a trucker to
doing all the things that daddy used to do
thinking of the times when i was just a kid
and the trucking days that me and daddy did

hickory dickory dock the mouse lived in the clock chewing all the wood
he chewed and chewed and chewed till it was no good

sardines they are funny very small and thin
living in the dark locked inside a tin
they must be rather stupid  where they want to hide
locked up in a can when the key is left outside

will they ever learn to stay out in the sea
not to hide in tins where they cant break free

little missy mouse long to be a star
with her lovely voice they said she would go far
she took a trip to italy to make herself a name
to be a singing star and would find her fame.

she headed for the opera house so she could have a go
she would do her best at the opera show
then she started singing in her opera voice
people they all loved her  she was the peoples choice.

she became a star just liked she longed to be
now she is the best in all of italy
she had made her fame just like she longed do
now the dream she had finally came true.

birds they sing there chorus in the early morn
sing there little song welcoming the dawn
cockerel he his there  giving you his crow
another day is here thats how he  lets you know
sun is coming out breaking through the cloud
daffodils are upright standing in a crowd
a new day has arrived happy bright and gay
given to us all mother natures way

i looked up in the sky on a starlit night
then i saw a figure with wings so very white
a white steed i saw flying high up in the sky
a stallion they call pegasus went gently flying bye

then he turned around and landed by my side
then he picked me up and took me for a ride
flying through the air he took me to the stars
all around the planets jupiter and mars

then he brought me back waved and said goodbye
headed of once more high up in the sky
such  a lovely time he gave to me that night
i wont forget my ride on the horse so white.

there a little seal he was feeling dull
he had lost his parents when there was a cull
now he was alone an orphan now was he
no longer was he safe no longer was he free.

the little seal decided he would have to go
headed for the sea as he slipped across the snow
maybe find a new life from the one he knew
then he swam away across the sea so blue.

after quite somtime the seal he swam ashore
to a little island he never saw before
there were lots of trees and  a parrot to
lots of little creatures and a cockatoo.

lots of golden sand and a turtle to
he had found the place where he could start a knew
now he had some friends and lots of company
seal he had his freedom happy now was he.

he had found the place where he longed to stay
the past life that he had so very far away

at the dance were jack met jill
they walked outside and a climbed hill
to the top hand in hand
to much for jack he couldnt stand
jack was puffed with his asthma curse
climbing hills had made him worse.

jill gave jack some water so he could survive
give the kiss of life to keep poor jack alive
but he passed away and poor jack he died
buried on the hill on the mountain side
so they made a rhyme in memory of jack
now they are together and jack and jill are back

theres a bumble bee in my garden as funny chap is he
buzzing round the flowers and all around the tree
with his stripey suit as funny as can be
flying round my garden so wild and oh so free
he lands upon the flowers a gentle chap is he
******* out the pollen such a sight to see
then off flies away back to his little nest
then he goes to sleep to have his little rest

there was a little mouse a cheeky chap was he
he was always happy as happy as can be
he came out at night as soon as it was dark
then down by the fireside the little mouse would park
then he would run around on his little feet
looking in the cupboards for something he could eat
he would have a nibble to fill his appetite
then simply disappear back into the night

have you seen the kestrel hover in the sky

looking down below for prey thats passing by

then a mighty swoop like the speed of light

when he spots his prey coming into sight.



quiet as can be he dosent make a sound

as he grabs his catch and takes it from the ground

high up in the sky he will  take his prey

with elegance and grace as he gently flies away

i have a little terrapin i keep him in a tank
he didnt have a name so i called him frank.
he is very cute and paddles round his home
in and out rocks he just loves to roam
he has a little ramp that takes him to the top
where he likes to bask and from the water frank can hop
he sits there for while that is his retreat
underneath the light giving off the heat
then he as feed to fill his appetite
then off he goes to sleep and thats him for the night.

there was a little badger his name was billy joe
he was hyper active and always on the go
he liked to move a lot  never ever still
just by doing something gave him such thrill.

he was never still a busy little soul
when ever he got tired and his eyes began to close
underneath the moonlight  the little chap would doze

the world is always changing each and everyday

the world from years gone by now so far away

global warming  changing across the human race

changing all the nature in each and every place.



pollution all around the world is not the same

to see the world so different is really such a shame

nothing we can do nothing we can say

just sit and watch the world change in everyway

there was a little donkey as funny as can be
he wore a big straw hat quite a site to see.

he liked to chew on carrots chew it to the core
then he would get another and chew again once more.

he loved all the children and always made them smile
making them so happy made his life worthwhile.

he would let them stroke him he would stand so still
when the children touched him it gave them such a thrill.

if animals could talk just like me and you
would they say yes please pardon and thankyou
would they sing a song and sing every word
make them sound so clear each one could be heard
could they use a phone and speak so very clear
pronouncing every sentence so everyone can hear
could they say goodnight as they good to bed
and say i love you as there getting wed
we will have to wait  just in case they do
a proper talking animal would be something new

easter is upon us time for lots of joy
easter holidays for every girl and boy
time for easter fun and easter eggs galore
lots of happiness easters here once more

time for chicks to sing there lovely easter tune
happy and content as they begin to croon
time  to share together with friends and family
making easter happy the way its meant to be.

living in the darkness no window or a door
locked inside myelf no daylight do i see
since the day you left when you walked out on me.

living in a world that now feels so cold
no one there for me. no body there to hold
now my world is dark all the light as gone
living in a dustbin now im the lonely one

living in the dark each and everyday
my lifes not the same since you walked away
left here in the gloom. my worlds an empty place
now my world is empty just an empty space

such a shame to see people in this way

there are such a lot do this everyday

just a life of lonlieness is all they ever see

locked up in there cell that dosent have a key

little billy badger he was having fun
playing in a field in the summer sun
then he heard a yell from behind a tree
badger he got closer to see it what it could be

there he saw  a rabbit very stuck was he
trapped inside a hole at the bottom of the tree
dont worry said the badger i will set you free.

badger used his teeth and chewed around the tree
till the hole was big enough to set the rabbit free
rabbit he jumped out he was free one more
free to roam around again like he did before.

rabbit  thanked the badger for all that he had done
and played away together beneath the summer sun

there was a little fox adventure bound was he
he took a little trip far across the sea
he reached the shores of africa and took a look around
went into the jungle to see what could be found.

suddenly he saw a monkey in a tree
swinging  branch to branch as happy as can be
he walked a little further and saw a crocodile
with his great big teeth that almost seem to smile.

then he heard a lion giving out a roar
did once did twice then again once more
he took a little rest and a little snack
sat down in the shade along the jungle track.

then set off again when a zebra came insight
in his stripey colors that were black and white
fox he was so happy  with his holiday
his adventure he enjoyed in this land so faraway

i had a great big moth flying round the light
attracted by  bulbs that were very bright
flying round and round as busy as can be
he was rather noisy and annoying me.

so i got some hairspray to chase the moth away
but his wings went stiff  i am sad to say
this it made him quiet and from the light he fled
but he couldnt fly he had to glide instead.

now the moth was quiet and couldnt fly no more
all that he could do was glide around the floor

i saw a little beetle walk in front of me
walking round the living room as happy as can be
walking on the carpet and all along the mat
he was only small but very very fat
then he looked at me in the chair that i was sat
then i stood on him now the poor chap is flat

while walking in the moonlight i saw two fairies dance
dancing round in circles singing little chants
waving with there wands  in there gowns so white
dancing both in time dancing through the night
it was so serene as tranquil as can be
dancing in the moonlight dancing just for me
then they waved goodbye and  gently flew away
i think about the fairies to this very day

there was a little mouse he just loved to run
running in a marathon gave him lots of fun
raising lots of money for a charity
he was very kind very kind was he.

in his little shirt and his little shorts
he was very fit and he loved his sports
raising lots of money he would run for miles
giving people hope and bringing back there smiles.


he would train for weeks in the local gym
lifting up the weights going for a swim
then on to the treadmill at a steady pace
building up his muscle ready for his race

people they all loved him raising money for a cause
when ever he run passed  they always gave applause
a proper local hero that gave his time for free
raising lots of money to give to charity

there was a little badger he heard about a cull
badger he was sad and feeling rather dull
he packed all his things he didnt want to stay
badger he decided he would move away.

he made himself a raft and headed out to sea
sailed away from danger so he could be free
after quite some time two days maybe more
badger found an island and landed on its shore.

it was very peaceful as lovely as can be
badger he felt safe from the cull was free.
he took a little stroll and had search around
for any signs of life if any could be found.

suddenly he saw a monkey in a tree
he was very friendly as happy as can be
he said hello to badger and they began to play
having lots of fun passing time away.

badger he was happy now his life was free
now he had a friend to keep him company
he settled on the island life no longer dull
well away from danger now there was no cull.

i heard a bluebird singing  such a lovely tune
beneath the stars so bright and the silver moon
a lovely melody with such a lovely beat
it filled my heart with love and swept me of my feet

every note in time every note in tune
with his gentle voice i began to swoon
it made me feel serene and so very calm
a lovely song of love filled with so much charm

then he flew away in to the midnight sky
flapped his wings so gently as he said goodbye

when two hearts bond together loves about start
soul to soul together never will it part.
a love to last forever and eternity
two hearts beat as one both of them are free.

a love that you will share for your whole life through
when two hearts bond together then your love is true
there for you to share forever and a day
bonded by your heart that will never go away

there was a little dog a clever chap was he

oneday to be a guide dog he just long to be

he was very gentle and very very kind

and to be a guide dog he could help the blind.



help them cross the road help them on there way

and away from danger they would always stay

he went to training school to learning his guiding skill

he passed with flying colors this gave him such a thrill



now he was a guide dog his dreams had all come true

he could help the blind just like he longed to do

when two hearts fall in love together they entwine
like a grape thats growing clinging to its vine
sharing love together  loving heart to heart
there forever more never will it part
growing side by side to last your whole life through
both hearts entwined in love  with a love so true

i heard two love birds singing in my willow tree
a lovely little song with a lovely melody
it was very soft as gentle as can be
singing to each other there in front of me.

they began to kiss very much in love
beak to beak together in the branches up above
it made me feel so happy filled my heart with glee
just to see the love birds made life seem so free

there was little teddy bear he lived in a shop
very late at night from the shelf would hop
down on to the floor to play with all the toys
all his little friends for all the girls and boys.

they would come to life and begin to play
very late at night while the owner slept away
there were little dolls they began to dance
and a funny clown with brightly colored pants.

lots of little soldiers marching up and down
and a lion king with a golden crown
they all played together as happy and can be
very late at night so no one else could see

when the daylight came back to the shelf they go
back in to there boxes no one would ever know
waiting for the night to end another day
then when it got dark they would play away.

music is the spice of life we hear it everyday
anywhere we go we hear the music play
helps to make us happy makes us dance and sing
it makes the world go round and peace of mind does bring
fills you up with joy makes you want to move
keeps on your toes puts you in the groove
lots of different sorts for each and everyone

i took a little trip to the local zoo
to look at all the animals there were quite a few
i saw a  little monkey pull a funny face
then he popped his eyes out like something out of space
he was very friendly and gave a little smile
i was so amused i stayed there for a while
then the zoo man came time for him to eat
he climbed up a tree to have is little treat
this it made me hungry and time for my tea
then i said goodbye and he waved back at me
i thought about my visit to the local zoo
i will go again to take another view
