i took a little trip to the local zoo
to look at all the animals there were quite a few
i saw a  little monkey pull a funny face
then he popped his eyes out like something out of space
he was very friendly and gave a little smile
i was so amused i stayed there for a while
then the zoo man came time for him to eat
he climbed up a tree to have is little treat
this it made me hungry and time for my tea
then i said goodbye and he waved back at me
i thought about my visit to the local zoo
i will go again to take another view

i like to watch the kestel when he begins to fly
flying with such grace high up in the sky
hovering on the wind till the time his right
to take away his food to fill his appetite

with the speed of light diving to the ground
as silent as can be he dosent make a sound
with a mighty swoop and his kestrel skill
in between his talons he takes away his ****.

a master of the sky a lovely bird his he
the beauty of the kestrel is such a sight to see

there was a little rat he came from germany
a proper fighter pilot  one day he would be
like the  famous pilot from the years gone bye
the one they called red baron the ruler of the sky.

in a plane of red flying through the cloud
a fighter pilots dream this would make him proud
firing his guns as he went flying by
watching as his enemy fell down from the sky.

heading back to base landing on the ground
then fall fast asleep tucked up safe and sound

thirty years of truckin down each and every road
bodys getting old gone in to overload
all the years of driving  took its toll on me
i am not as young as i you used to be

driving through the day driving through the night
driving miles and miles till the morning light
from denver down to tuscon  gulf of mexico
bodies not the same as all those years ago

driving down the highway in the wind and snow
delivering my haul where it has to go
all the years of trucking took its toll  on me
bodies not the same as it used to be.

driving day to day every here and there
with my aching body driving everywhere
sixteen tons of steel with a heavy load
delivering my haul down each and every road

thirty years of trucking took its toll on me

time for me to stop put my truck away

there was a little duck a diving duck was he
one day in the olympics he just longed to be
diving of the boards  very way up high
doing lots of somersaults flying through the sky.

landing in the pool as perfect as he could
with hardly any splash as a diver should
getting perfect scores to win his medal gold
high up in the air his medal he would hold.

this is what he longed for and he would love to do
hoping maybe one day his dream just might come true

an angel came to see me and sat upon my bed
then in a soft sweet voice this is what she said

daddy dont you worry everything is fine
i am safe and sound now is this world divine

ill be watching over you each and every day
no matter where you are im not far away

i am there beside you in everything you do
every where you go i am there with you

crocus popping from the ground
daffodils spreading all around.

shrubs are budding getting leaves
shooting from there winter sleeves .

grass is growing turning green
showing off its spring time sheen.

robins sing there little song
as they gently hop along.

sun is shining very bright
bringing spring with such delight.

there was a little  hedgehog of the pilot sort
to fly an helicopter was his only thought
flying in the sky all along the sea
an helicopter pilot he just long to be.

he booked some flying lessons at an airport near by
so he could get his wings once he learnt to fly.
hedgehog past his test now he could fly alone
in an helcopter flying on his own

now hedgehog he was ready and headed for the sky
high above the clouds he began to fly
suddenly he saw what looked like a flare
flying past his window gave him quite a scare.

hedgehog circled round to see what it could be
there he saw dinghy floating in the sea.
it was his friend the badger he was in distress
badger was in trouble and in such a mess.

hedgehog he got closer he was very brave
and his friend the badger hedgehog he would save.

he dropped down a line to his little friend
badger  he grabbed hold and hung on to the end
hedgehog pulled him up and pulled his friend aboard
then in to the air hedgehog quickly soared

he had saved the badger.he was safe once more
flew him back to land to the safety of the shore
hedgehog waved goodbye then he flew away
and his still a pilot to this very day

they say that love is special something that you share

it is there for everyone each and everywhere

keeps the world together helps the world to live

there within your heart there for you to give.


no matter what the creed no matter what the race

love is there for everyone each and every place

a very special thing that helps the world go round

there inside your heart love is always found

the baker as an early rise
start his day making pies
makes them up in a batch
laid on trays for dispatch.

takes them on his daily round
to the places they are bound
quite a busy little man
big white suit and bakers van.

then goes home and begins to yawn
then off to sleep till early morn.

tribute to a star a scoucer through and through

everybodies friend that every body knew

she entertained us all with her singing voice

everybodies favourite everybodys choice.



with her ginger hair she gave our hearts a glow

suprise suprise and blind date she really made the show

now cillas past away but in our hearts will stay

she his watching over us every single day

i was sailing in a sea of dreams while i was in my sleep
across a great big ocean so very blue and deep
i sailed in to a fantasy with lots off different things
lots of colored fish and some of them had wings

there were diamond rocks that sparkled  down below
with with lots of tiny starfish giving of a glow
there were  colored shells laying all around
lying like a blanket neatly on the ground

it was really lovely and as lovely as can be
in my sea of dreams so very wild and free

i bought a micro pig  a funny chap was he
i put  him on his lead and took him home with me
built a little shed that i could keep him in
and to keep it waterproof i built it out of tin.

i gave him lots of things that he like to  eat
he was very cute and he looked so sweet
then he began to grow getting bigger everyday
the micro pig i bought was now so faraway.




i took him to a farm to find the pig a home
now he  his so happy and he can freely roam

life it has surprises each and everyday

we just never know what life will bring our way

sometimes it is good sometimes it is bad

they can make you happy then turn it into sad.



we just carry on like we have to do

we all learn to cope what life brings to you

thats the way it is the each and everyday

i have a little dog he embarrassed me
he cocked up his leg and began to ***
everyone was watching i was turning red
i just turned away and tried to hide my head
he just give a grin and what he had just done
thinking it was  nothing just a bit of fun
i took home with me to try and save my day
walking very quickly blushing all the way
now when i go out a ***** he will wear
what the people think i really just dont care

weathers getting better sun is coming back

shining on the ice as it begins to crack

warming up the soil ready for  the spring

birds are feeling happy as they begin to sing.



daffodils are showing rising from the ground

pushing very gently they dont make a sound

ready for there bloom in the weeks ahead

standing in a row rising from there bed



such a lovely sight such a wonderous thing

the wonder that is nature bringing us the spring

there was a little mouse this is what he sought
to be QC  barrister at the local court
putting on his gown so he would look the part
then put on his wig so he could make a start
reading out his evidence that he had as proof
then cross examination so he could get the truth
facing to the jury giving them there task
and answer any question anything they ask
this is what he sought and he longed to be
his future as a barrister he could plainly see

think about the homeless who have no place to go
no bed for them to sleep in or a fire with a glow
sleeping in the rough in some cardboard box
taking life the hard way taking all its knocks
living life so lonely as they begin to roam
hoping maybe someday they will find a home
some where they can stay with there own front door
then the lonely people wont be homeless anymore.

i saw a field of dreams and took a wonder through
hoping if i did this my dreams would all come true
the grass was made of gold that was oh so high
shining in the sun reaching for the sky
it was very quiet as peaceful as can be
tranquil and serene it made feel so free
there were wishing wells standing in a row
lots of different colors it gave my heart a glow
a land so full of fantasy with lots of things to view
now i know that one day my dreams will all come true

there was a little hedghog very small was he
he was alone in search of company
hedghog he was lost. he had gone astray
while walking through the fields he had lost his way

hedgehog he was sad and began to cry
spotted by a rabbit that was near by
he heard the hedgehog crying. rabbit asked him why

hedgehog he told rabbit how he went astray
how he had got lost and had lost his way
rabbit said dont worry i will trace your track
just you follow me i wil take you back.

rabbiit took him home he was safe once more
back to where he came from where he was before
hedgehog he thanked rabbit  happy now was he
he was home again where he longed to be

rabbit waved goodbye to his little friend
a lovely little story that has an happy end.

i was in the jungle i saw a funny thing
a monkey had a mobile and it began to ring
it had a music ringtone and he began to jig
dancing in the trees like he was at gig
he was very happy as he danced away
having lots of fun in his monkey way
strutting out his moves as fancy as can be
like he was john travolta high up in his tree
then his credit went is time it had run out
when he tops it up he will dance again no doubt

there was a little mouse he just longed to be
sailing on the ocean far across the sea
sailing round the world across the oceans blue
a proper sailor mouse a sailor through and through

he built himself a yacht with  big sail too
set of out to sea in search of lands a new
he packed himself some food so that he could eat
and a block of cheese his very favorite treat.

after quite sometime he saw an island shore
somewhere very new he never saw before
it was full of trees with lots of golden sand
mouse he went a shore to explore this foriegn land.

he took along a ***** to see what he could find
maybe there was treasure that was left behind
he began to dig. a treasure chest he found
hidden in the sand buried underground.

he opened up the lid on the chest so old
it had lots of things all were made of gold.
there were lots of rings and some goblets too
necklaces galore there were quite a few.

mouse took the chest put it on his yacht
it was really heavy it weighed quite a lot
now the mouse was rich and was poor no more
continued on his journey for more lands to explore.

when we have a dog we have a company
always by your side as faithful as can be
he has true devotion and puts his trust in you
there to give you comfort when ever you feel blue.

gives his dedication and his love for free
always by yourside and will always be
to give his love to you each and every day
a friendship for a lifetime that will never stray

two little daffodils sat up on a hill
standing there so proudly standing very still
with there yellow flowers standing out so bright
underneath the sun sending out the light.

surrounded by the grass growing all around
with there long green stork protruding from the ground
they looked very beautiful such a lovely thing
standing there so pretty to let us know its spring

there was little duck a diving duck was he
and to be a diver one day he would be
he took a little trip to a foreign land
with lots and lots of cliffs and lots of sea and sand
he climbed up the cliffs took it nice and slow
then  dived into the water that was down below
people they were watching and they began to roar
little duck was happy  and dived again once more 
the little duck  got  tired and took a little rest
then fell fast asleep in his little nest

i like to hear the robin sing his morning song

happy as can be as he bobs along

with his big red chest as red as red can be

standing out so proud for everyone to see.



it makes feel you so happy and brings a smile to me

mother natures child with a life so free

when his song has finished into the sky will soar

he will be back tomorrow to sing again once more

two little butterflies sitting on a wall
one was very big the other very small.

they had lots of colors of blue and gold and red
with long thin antennas coming from there head.

they were very beautiful a lovely site to see
sitting there so still as peaceful has can be.

once they had there rest they began to fly
then i waved goodbye as they flew in to the sky.

there was a little fish he lived underneath
below the sea so blue on a great big reef
he loved to swim around in and out of reed
this was his favorite place and where he loved to feed

oneday he was swimming he heard a little cry
somewhere very close somewhere near by
fish he swam around to see what it could be
fish he was so clever a clever fish was he

then he saw some bubbles rising in the air
fish he took a look to see what was there
it was a little crab trying to break free
caught up in the **** very stuck was he.

fish began to chew all around the ****
he chewed and chewed and chewed
till the crab was freed

crab he was so happy at what the fish had done
free again once more now he could have some fun
they played along together as happy as can be
in there home so deep beneath the deep blue sea

theres a land i dream of full of fantasy

it so full of charm with lots of things to see

there are little fairies with a magic wand

lots of colored frogs swimming in a pond



lots of different flowers of yellow red and blue

all with funny shapes there are quite a few

there are little unicorns flying all around

evrythings so peaceful you dont hear a sound



there are little bluebirds singing in a tree

in this land i dream of full of fantasy

if my dream come true i would like to stay

in this land i dream so very far away

when a heart is broken you fill with despair

the love that you once knew now no longer there

life it seems so lonely now so far away

all you see is sadness in a world of grey



time will help the pain change the way feel

take away the hurt help your heart to heal

then you can start again learn to love once more

get back all the happiness that you had before

im the rambling kind.  i just keep ramblin on
i cant settle down come morning ill be gone
heading down the road guitar strapped on my back
jump on board a train head on down the track.

find a bar or two get my guitar and play
sing some country songs maybe get some pay
meet some different people i never met before
hit the road again move on along once more.

to another place in some other town
play again once more till the sun goes down.
get myself some sleep for an hour or two
ramble on once more like i always do.

with my rambling ways that makes me so free
wakes my rambling soul there inside of me
with a life of freedom. is what i like the best
sets my spirit free puts my mind at rest

thats the way it is.  i guess its meant to be
the rambling in my soul its a part of me

there was a christmas mouse a funny chap was he
he  had made his home beneath the christmas tree
he liked christmas cake and nibbled on mince pies
he was only little and very small in size
chewing on the nuts and anything in sight
to him was a party on his christmas night

little bobby badger he lived by the sea
he just love to fish a fisherman was he
he  would sit for hours just waiting for a bite
hoping for a big one catch it he just might.

oneday he was fishing he saw a great big splash
flapping in the sea the water it did thrash
badger he was startled could not believe his eyes
he saw a great big fish it was such a size.

badger he got closer to see what it could be
there he saw a  mermaid swimming in the sea
she was having fun swimming all around
flapping her big tail making such a sound.

badger he jumped in. to join in mermaids fun.
they played away together beneath the  summer sun

then the tide it turned mermaid swam away
she thanked the little badger for such a lovely day.

there was a little squirrel a lovely chap was he
when christmas came around he would decorate his tree
hanging lots of baubles with colors by the score
hanging from the brances right down to the floor

he even made a fairy for top of his tree
in a big white dress for everyone to see
wore a santa hat that was red and white
he would sing some carols on a christmas night

his friends would gather round to see the christmas tree
it brought them lots of joy fill there hearts with glee
squirrels time of year that he loves the best
when theres peace on earth and the world all comes to rest

life can be a ***** in can bleed you dry
turn you inside out and make you want to die
tangle your emotions twist them inside out
twist around your feelings put your mind in doubt
make you give up hope till all your hope as gone
takeaway your will and strength to carry on
it goes round and round in  circle of despair
life can be a ***** yet its always there

love it is as a sacred thing a special gift indeed
growing in your heart like a flower seed
growing bit by bit every single day
ready for its bloom when true love comes your way
then it begins to blossom as it begins to grow
bringing so much happiness as it begins to flow
there to last a lifetime  like the flower seed
love it is a special thing something we all need

there was a little mouse graffiti was his thing

he would roam around spraying everything

spraying on the walls and the buildings too

lots of works of art for everyone to view.



using lots of color to make his paintings bright

when the people saw them it filled them with delight

adding lots of detail with his painting skill

he just love to paint him gave him such a thrill.



people they all loved him to them he was star

just to see his paintings they came from near and far

to see this little chap and paintings he had done

his paintings made them smile and gave them lots of fun.

there was a little mouse he just loved to sleigh

where ever there was snow he just loved to play.

sliding down the hills as fast as he could go

he just loved the thrill of sliding through the snow.



he took a trip to switzerland so very far away

to the land of snow where he could sleigh all day

they held a competiton to who was the best

mouse he put his name down and joined in with the rest.



mouse he took his turn he got such a thrill

now he had a chance to show off all his skill

he sat upon his sliegh and began to race

riding very fast at a speedy pace.



mouse he won the race he beat all the rest

he had used his skills and put the to the test

mouse he was so happy his dream it had come true

to win a competition is all he longed to do

i did some d.i.y it ended s.o.s
it wasnt very good just an utter mess
i put up a shelf it was on a *****
i was just so useless a proper odd job dope
i tried something else like a curtain rail
curtains they fell down yet another fail
then i put a picture  up using just a *****
something that was easy something i could do
it wasnt meant to be the picture didnt hang
the ***** fallen out it went with a bang
shattered in to pieces all along the floor
i stopped the d.i.y dont do it anymore

if and buts and goverment facts
extra bedrooms extra tax
benefits cut no matter what
all they want is take the lot
turn our life upside down
give our money to the crown
leave the country in distress
all because of the goverments mess
keep our money take it away
for there expenses we must pay
we dont matter its govement law
theres just no justice anymore

my dog he has a kennel a little wooden house
he shares it with his friend a  friendly little mouse
he has a little blanket to keep him warm inside
underneath the cover mouse and dog they slide
snuggle up together like two peas in pod
a mouse and dog together it seems rather odd
i guess it must friendship that there looking for
something very cute ive never seen before

while walking on the beach on a summers night
the moon was at it high shining oh so bright
then i saw a star shining way up high
like a diamond stone.   high up in the sky.
it was all alone as lonely as can be
like a beacon in the night watching over me
followed right behind all along the shore
then when i turned round again it followed me once more
it made me feel so safe shining very bright
watching over me just like a guiding light

the eagle he has landed on the mountain face
where he will build is nest  his very favourite place
high up on ledge he will build his home
through the skies above he can freely roam
looking for his pray to take back to his nest
far away from danger a place where he can rest
there in all his splendour his elegance and grace
this lovely bird of freedom on the mountain face.

when love is in your heart keep it locked up tight
then you can release it when the time is right
keep safe inside till you truly know
when you find the right one you can let it go
then the love you have will be forever there
when your love is true thats the time to share

the lord he took mandela his work on earth was threw
took him to  his heaven to start his life a new
where he would be safe  and  he could live his life in peace
suffering and the pain has now come to cease
a leader of the world  giving so much love
safe  and sound in heaven with good lord up above
the world will not forget  the leader he came to be
now his time as come to live his life so free

there was a little mouse he bought a racing car
to drive around the track and be a racing star
in and out of bends the little mouse would go
speeding on the straight then for the bends drive slow
he just love to drive he had lots of skill
driving round the track gave such a thrill
racing to the line a champion was he
then held up his trophy for everyone to see

tumble weeds are rolling wild and yet so free
when i was just a kid thats the way i used to be
taking life for granted life without a care
just like the tumbleweed roaming everywhere

never settled down drifted every place
doing what i like making my own space
travelling everywhere all across the land
just like the tumbleweed rolling in sand

natures little wild child with no right or wrong
taking life granted what ever came along
life was just a game that i used to play
i would play along then just roll away

i was just a wild child not knowing right from wrong
just like the tumbleweed i would roll along
drifting everywhere all along the land
like the tumbleweed drifting in the sand

i found a tin of glue and i took a whiff
the i got addicted and i began to sniff
i saw silly things going through my head
saw an hippopotamus lying in my bed.

he had striped pyjamas and a funny hat
laying there beside him was a funny cat
they were fast asleep in the land of nod
everything i saw was so very odd.

i saw a great big budgie doing exercise
lifting weights so heavy is muscles were some size
i was really tripping and none of this was true
its put me of for ever and stopped me sniffing glue.

two little cowboy spiders  there names were jess and frank
they both got together and planned to rob a bank
outlaws of the west they just long to be
on lots of wanted posters for everyone to see

they rode into town to do there deadly deed
the robbing of the bank would make the rich indeed
they took all the money headed out of town
galloped on there way as the sun went down

the sherrif was call wyatt he got on there case
all around the country wyatt he would chase
eventually he found  them then a fight begun
wyatt shot them both and ended all there fun

now the town was safe no more robbing games
the spiders now are legends frank and jesse james

heads of golden yellow stem so green and bright
standing up so tall standing so upright
glowing in the sun in the early dawn
sat there on display in the early morn.

even in the boxes of the window sill
this lovely springtime flower the golden daffodil
such a sight  to see such a lovely thing
just to see the daffodils in the early spring
