I remember as a child
Dads green Land Rover how wild
Think it was mark one
But either way the hard seats hurt my ***
But I would have appreciated it now
Those days I wouldn’t have known how

I remember as a child
Dad taught us to paint
Start at the top
Straight strokes going down
Don’t scrub or go round
Up and down
Up and down

I remember as a child
Mum would say
If we were naughty that day
Wait til your father gets home

My parents were good
But as strict as they could
Without being cruel
Mum was no fool

I had a good upbringing
Mum was always singing
Dad worked so hard
When he off he was in his shed in the yard

Dad was making model train engines
I don’t know where they went
I would have loved to keep them
Cos that was my intent

Dad was a brilliant soul and dad
And mum was a brilliant heart and mum

Sadly they’re both gone to that place in the sky and together they’ll be until the day I die!
On the stairs of a stately home
Walking down the large sumptuous stairs case
dressed in a glowy gown and a smiling face
With ballet shoes and a kitten heal
Slowly descending holding the rail
To the marble floor
And a big old wooden door
Walking through the wooden door
To a beautiful cosy room what’s more
With purple, velvet armchairs
An open log fire
Lit and burning with desire
Sitting down on the soft velvet chair
Shaking one’s head and waving ones hair
Resting now and having a snooze
Just so relaxing, don’t need any *****
Imagining going on a river cruise
Dressed in a beautiful gown and pretty shoes
Falling asleep in the warm comfy room
And dreaming of once being in the womb
All cosy and safe cuddled up warm
Sleeping now deeply and so very calm!
It was a Sunday morning
When the day was just dawning

The air was so cold and felt like a shroud of ice
But the sky was bright and that was nice
There was no one around
Not even a sound
No birds to be seen
All asleep in the evergreen
keeping Warm
in their dorm

It was a Sunday Morning
When the day was just dawning
The birds are all visiting the bird table
They’re all eating as they are able
It’s cold out there
And I do really care
So I drop some more seeds on the table
When ever I am  able
Suet chunks are hanging
Left over bread I throw out on the lawn
I couldn’t just leave these poor creatures forlorn! So I feed them all, day, night and dawn!
Down in the dumps
Going over the bumps
Makes me want to eat
Because I’m so beat
The bread sticks come out
No doubt
Greek Yoghurt and hot salsa
Delicious delightful and deliriously nice
I chomp and I chomp and I munch
A hand full, a bunch
Of lovely breadsticks
I crunch
Makes me feel so good !
Is is quiet before the storm
Silent and calm
Because lately
Things are not quite stately
Stress yes stress and more stress
What a mess
I guess
Everything happens at once
It’s all nonse
No sense !
Christmas Eve we got a nearly £4k bill from our energy suppliers after us asking for a bill for nearly 2 years, they said we didn’t exist at one stage, and they finally sent it Arrived Christmas Eve along with a debt collection demand ! Didn’t even forewarn us or discuss and put straight to debt collection no warning! Their fault entirely! We’ve Gone to energy ombudsman! They have caused us so much stress! its unbelievable !
