Love them all and appreciate them
Watch and photograph them
All different and interesting
You are regal
You are sweet and strong
You have beauty and are statuesque but swans are mean-spirited
Those differences and the respect that Mother Nature has given her children is evident
She and her children deserve it
Even though Dolphins, Pandas, Koalas and whales have my heart
There is room for Owls,Squirels,and
Swans
What is precious  formidable and causes awe struck moments
Biodiversity fills me up
Owls,Squirrels and Swans as well as all their creature friends
Great whether big or small

Incredibly talented with a wit and intelligence enjoyed by those accepting of someone so different and special
You quietly standout and were so unexpected in a jam packed busy life
One door closed when Heaven called her home
By her heart and grace,you arrived at the right time and place
So every joy and genuine delight should find you and those you love

Changing rules that are fair ,just,and well documented
Seems to change when applicable to one party while the other tries to uphold and follow laws,rules,regulations,and History.
History repeats itself but it doesn't change as it should.
Some seem to rewrite as it helps their cause.
The former President and his gang violate everything and don't play fair
They just want to win though they gave list and refuse to admit it
Lying cheating, manipulating are their areas to excel in
Maybe that us why Depression and Paranoia
United we stand
Divided we fall
Rules can be broken or bent for the good
The evil need not apply.

Do you have to do something bad to get something good?
Imbalance rears its concern
Lady luck and and her sister bad luck don't always work in tandem
You want the former and not the latter in your life
Did it mean something?
Did it catch your breath in mid air?
Did it take you anywhere?
Did it even get you off the keyboard and out of your chair?

Dealing and admitting that your anger has become a disease is the first step
A medical illness
Mine started when I was 14 and ended in my late thirties
Luckily somebody loves me and stands by my side
He told me that I had to move forward and find an answer
You get the correct help and plan on what that is and what it will do.
You become an active participant with your healthcare providers
You will improve if you give it time and actively work on it
It does rear its ugly head from time to time but you are in control
We chose not to do the meds route and found talk therapy
Poetry saved my life and continues to do so
The magic is that the poetry has brought joy and help others
Making Peace with the pain has brought me a gift that keeps giving

NOT what others want it to be for  all people not select groups
The Truth is that those stuck in the past with their heads in the  sand
Must wakeup and either get with the future
Or find a way for old school and new school thinking to balance
Moving forward
