I walk the river down one side and travel back the other.
I watch the people walk their dogs and children with their mother.
I see the beauty along the course, birds nesting in the trees,
swans swimming with their young,
the fast running water of the weir,
the blueness of the sky,
the yellowness of the sun.
I see the colours of the earth, surrounding us in nearby fields,
where farmers have ploughed the soil the colour is earthly brown.
The field next to it is a blaze of green,
what the brown field will yield is yet to be seen.
Flowers starting to open their colourful heads, Daffodils, Primroses, Tulips , Bluebells  Snowdrops, Crocuses and Hyacinths, in various shades, of Yellow, Red, Blue and White, it really is a beautiful sight.
The warmth of Spring starting to generate various shades of Red, Blue, White, Yellow and Green
The Palatte of Spring is a riot of colour and truly wonderful to see
Don't you just love Spring

There once was a man from St Levans
Who baked bread that people said tasted like Heaven
He shared his bread far and wide, so the people could decide
That heavenly bread man from St Levans
ive tried burning bridges they wont burn away
no matter what i do they are there to stay
standing there so strong like my love for you
like the burning bridges my loves still standing too

your always on my mind no matter what i do
even in my dreams i am there with you
doing things together like we did before
laying in my arms. in love again once more

before it all went wrong when we were as one
im still in love with you even though your gone
i cant sleep at night leave it all behind
when i close my eyes sleep is hard to find

i cant burn the bridges they wont burn away
you are always there each and every day
they just wont fall down no matter what i do
there stll standing strong like my love for you

always on my mind no matter what i do
even in my dreams i am there with you
doing things together like we did before
laying in my arms in love again once more

Do you remember Knights of old
Whose stories in tales were often told; of crusades to places in foreign lands
To fight for pots of gold and crosses
To give as presents to Princesses; in an attempt to win their hands.

They would joust for ma lady upon their horse.
Wave their white flag to start the course.
With lance in hand they'd fight their opponent.
Last one standing would be created; Knight of the Day and duly celebrated.

The Knight of the Day would be presented to His Majesty the King
The Knight of the Day would be awarded with a ring; to put on the hand of a Princess of his choice.

One day a young lad not yet Knighted stepped up to the mark.
Mounted his horse and waved his white flag.
A young lad intent on his own crusade.

He fought every Knighted opponent they sent his way.
And a jubilee celebrated his wins of the day.

He felt, the maiden will be mine,
It won't be long and fine clothes, food and wine will all be mine.

I'll sit at the top table with the King dutifully accept the diamond ring and the hand of his daughter in marriage.

We will arrive to church in a crystal carriage.
Everyone will be rejoicing in our marriage, flags will be waving, it will be very grand, perhaps even a big brass band.

We will be married Inside a very grand church with a very big steeple.
Our marriage will be blessed in front of all the people.

We will live long and prosper, I'll be a good husband, the Princess a good wife, we will have lots of children and a life of no strife.

We will be happy, loving and gay a family who knows how to play.
We will work and travel the Kingdom always by each others side.

We will be the envy of people far and wide.
Live in castles in the countryside.
Have our own horses and colours, and hold jousts in the grounds, looking for the next Knight to be found.

Alas it was not to be, the lad woke up it was all a dream.
He had fallen asleep on the beach, and was now covered in ice cream.

He woke with a start and declared I may not be Knight of the Day today; but one day I swear I will marry my Princess and I will give her a diamond ring, we will live a dream and have three children and fine things.

I will feel like a Knight tall and proud as i declare my love for my wife and that to me seems a fair prize.
It's late but I had to finish it, night night x
