I listen to my music,
secluded and alone,
rocking out to MCR
and Black Veil Brides
Watching and waiting
for a chance to say 'hey'
Loving how I exist in
only the music world
Wake up to fell let down
buy family and 'friends'
and looking at you smile
every morning is killing me
more then it should,
making me want more BOTDF,
AA, BMTH, PTV, and SWS
jamming to all the trule in those lines
i wonder if she dresses better
i wonder if she looks nicer
i wonder if she tastes sweeter
i wonder if she loves you greater
i wonder if she is a more talented writer
i wonder if she is a more creative lover
i wonder if she is a brighter partner

I replay the moments in my head
Of when I first grazed my eyes
Across such a wonderful being
And how I had to take a second look
Because you were like the mysteries
That I craved for

I remember how your lips curled
Into the 8th wonder of the world
And from then on
You and your pale face
stayed etched into my brain

It was like slow motion
As if time around us slowed down
Like in the cheesy movies
And from then on
I was intoxicated by you

But you had a greater love
for mary jane
I knew you were no good for me
But thoughts of you sprinted across my head
Back and forth through the days
And soon I had accumulated
Millions of lined pages
With poems of you

I was ashamed of liking
Someone in love with mary jane
But you were one of the most
Interesting people I had ever seen
Without words I felt a connection
And your eyes held stories
That I yearned to discover

Wanting you was like
Pulling a string on a beautiful sweater
(My life)
And slowly unraveling it to become just
An entanglement of yarn
the thread had to be cut off
by authority (God)
and so he seperated us

But I still see you
and remember that moment
clear as day
and I still see your wandering eyes
And hear your voice in the halls

I try to stay away
but I slowly drift back.

Come along now,
Come and let me walk
With you.

Walk by my side
Walk in the endless night
‘Till the moon reaches its zenith, the stars
Bequeath us their shine.
Trees are obscurities above our eyes;
They keep us away, far away
From all that is menacing.

I lie on the ground, on the grass,
Where the milk of the sky
Has drenched the pathways
On which our footsteps breathe
Quietly.
The key that resides
In your pocket quietly rattles,
So to speak the song
Of nightingales and wraithlike winds
And hushed memoirs
Silently singing in the mind.

Hurry along now,
Into night’s sombre,
Outstretched arms and
I will follow.
This was inspired by W.B Yeats, E. Dickinson and Chopin, all figures from the romantic era. I remember writing this to Chopin's Piano Concerto No. 1
