A fool and her heart are easily parted,
there is nothing broken that cannot be mended.

Spaceman floating high above
Looking at the wonder,
Watching the marbles,
Of the universe glitter
Like baubles shimmering up high.
He is in the heavens weightless
But his heart is heavy,
His love is with his grasp
Unable to touch her face
In space no one can hear
A beat of a heart
Those words said
The universe consumes
Air,
Sound,
Love,
They floated in love
Voids in-between
Couldn't keep there feelings
Apart,
Through he put her gloved hand
Upon his heart,
She removed her helmet,
"He was hesitant"
But they were in love
Space couldn't keep them apart,
They kissed in the
Nothingness,
Darkness,
Void
But there connection
Shone bright in the heavens,
I was seen as a new star,
It was illuminating,
Love,
Emotions,
Warmth,
That radiated
There feeling upon the earth,
And it shone in to the stars
A love that echoed through out the universe,
For a time the stars seemed brighter touched by *love.

You wore your flame hair
across your pretty face
hiding malachite
& your freckle-constellations.
The stars that melted me,
I got lost in them
when you combed your hair back
in a cute little red bun.

Your sweet fragrance uncoils around me
like a hooded cobra,
jolting my senses
& it reminds me of your own.
Yours blew me away,
& I am lost in the smell
of your delicious musk,
titillating my taste buds,
I'm still thirsting.
There's a mirror in the bedroom
in it stands a dying girl
fading now, her skin transparent
pale beneath her crimson curls.

Standing there beneath her heartbreak
weighted down by the love of man,
enchanted by her slowing heartbeat,
love lies bleeding in her hand.

Deep inside she holds a secret,
words that form a heavy cross
with brittle spine it's weight she carries
fearing judgement, feeling lost.

There's a mirror in the bedroom
at my broken self I stare
shaking now, I'll start erasing
till I am no longer there.

I'm catching up with lightening pace
I'm reading up a storm
I'm reading, learning, soaking up
those left since I've been gone.

I'm catching up with poems
at a rate I've never known
I'm hungry for their meaning,
for their meter, rhyme and flow.

My friends have come to greet me
and their smiles they light my day
it's really good to be here,
like I've never been away.

I hug the broken hearted
place a kiss upon their brow
I know true love will find them
once again someday somehow.

I soak up all your stories
all the tales of mirth and woe
the darkness and the moonlight
the sunlights fiery glow.

It feels so good to be here
sat alone with all my friends
as I wrap myself in letters
hoping that it never ends.

It was a cosmic trip
we took,
her & I.
Next to our altar,
candles burned,
her hot beads of sweat
dripped into my mouth
& I swallowed
her soul.
Lying awakened,
I remembered the smell of her hair
& she forgot my name.
I lost her somewhere
between
the stars,
behind the raging sun.
