Gaps in conversations
awkward as in awkward
situations,
bridges made if bridges can
to bridge the gaps between
each man.

Off the cuff
stood on a bluff
we fall in love at
lovers leap.

Pictures in stereo
a voice inside men
and
of them who go
blindly on.

Laying foundations for
more conversations.

Silence only rules in
silent places.
Abstract thoughts
See the world through a full glass of red wine
is to see the globe through blood dripping from
the galaxy as chalices of the wine of those who
paid the ultimate price for our folly.
When goblets fall and spill their lusciousness we
forget the fallen and start a new war simply
because someone must die to keep the carousel
going around and around if not the world will fall
into an abyss drifting in cold nothingness,
surrounded by beer foam and the stink of a pub
Sunday morning before the cleaners come
with cleaning products that smell of industrial
perfume that is toxic and gives people cancer;
excessive cleanliness kills, the red wine numbs
the mind and blood run down the drain.

Careless people with careful hands
Breaking the right hearts and scattering minds
Leaving a soul empty and raw
And the seeping leaves a stain that pockets won't contain
You left a little to early to see the tattoo you left on his heart
His scars weren't there for the right reasons but even so he didn't see them
He was so effortlessly happy and his cracked skin was beautiful and his tears were so clear it makes me cry
He is the purest body I have ever met and the reason sleeping is hard
My thoughts are awake and buzzing as he opens his eyes and sees more then is mentioned
His friendship is a swelling thing, and my heart grows and skips as his breaks and heals
Ah..true friends are a blessing
When Satan Ruled
The intellectual class writing words on paper
has one truth, the class who are bent over a plough
has one truth too and think the devil with a long tie
has many things to offer like work and a decent standard
of living, the high-brow lot scoffs at this
saying the ploughmen are misled and don't read the facts
but facts depend upon what one reads into it.
Some states ignore this seek an audience with the man
of a thousand deals and are willing to sign a pact with
a bloke too crude for their salons, yet when it comes to money
are willing to give him a blow-job, while secretly plot his
downfall and churches tell of parables of the devil and sin.
The trade unions have embraced him
and not burst into flames,
will bring them paying members, they will be mighty again
as before the liberal class will bend to his will and find
a logical expression for doing so, woolly enough  to say when
the show is over; we never liked his politics.
"I think therefore I am"
but
not this man who I see
whilst having my tea,

the bathroom mirror mimics me
and yet if I don't look
I won't cross the lines that meet
in crows feet.

Head's full of cotton wool today
and as if to say, I told you so,
cotton buds blossom
between each toe.

This cannot be real.

I watch as the faces
congeal and
set into one,
if I am
then it goes on too

Saturday mirrors me blue.

The wake up call
bells ring
rainfall.

It'll clear
and as I peer again
it has.

I still look the same
but different.
the blue cast of the moon on tree limbs making
bent by dawns awakening and lovers eyes
the color change a bit from
midnight to dawn
a difference of hue
the color spectrum
changing from bright opal to emerald
mixed on  the palette
by feelings and temporal
the senses are so
ephemeral
they see the world in
emotion's
colors
The night was so lovely
neither wanting it to end
Maybe that is why we joined
together in the dark cool waters
With the moon as our only witness

There was freedom in the water
Freedom in looking at the moon
and what a moon it was :)
I could only ask of it one thing
Please don't let the morning
and him come too soon
Just having a bit of fun!!
