Red and white lights passing in all directions
at speeds that shouldn't be humanly possible.
As I try to clear my head of any distractions,
the thought of what used to be is unstoppable.

A black blur whirling and winding all around me
reminds me that nothing good can ever really stay.
Occasionally, there are times when I simply can't see
just what trials and obstacles lie in our way.
I don't understand this poem.
