I'm drowning in a sea of my own despair.
Sinking further and further from bitter air.
As the cold begins to settle into my skin,
I remember what once has been.

I feel your hand as it grasps at my leg,
but you don't even hear me beg.
You pull me even deeper down,
but whisper "Darling, I'd never let you drown."
I think I could make this one better with a little help
