The violet strips
her purple cloak,
slowly to reveal
her pallid features.

She exhibits her
two fleshy cushions.

The rose burrows
inside her chest,
soaking her in blood.

She shrieks her final breath...
in a frenzy of passion,
he seizes her by the stem,
slicing her feeble petals
slowly to the floor.
