Everything that has ever been mine has come to an abrupt and screeching halt.
It has been loud,
It has been unwelcome,
And I have been scared,
But I refuse
to lick the wounds that come from putting my foot down
to keep from progressing
too quickly.
(b.r.o.)
but I didn't realize we almost wrecked until it was over.
