Nectar

*Would nectar be as sweet, if bees did not adore it? From miles away it’s intoxicating smell, alluring them Waiting to be sucked, as the flower can’t bear the load One drop contains all the sweetness of nature Immortalized as the elixir of life, since time immemorial If it was not for the bees, we would have been deprived Of that drop of sweetness, that can match the lover’s delight Making this world a sweeter place, dripping from flowers Honey, here I come with the magic potion Enjoying every drop of it, as we adore it, as much as the bees* © Amitav (Radiance)
