Winter whispers with a frosty chill,

A frozen lake, a moonlit thrill.

Spring breathes life with every bloom,

A world reborn from winter's gloom.

Autumn dances with leaves on fire,

A fleeting warmth before we retire.

But summer, oh summer, the burden you bring,

The stifling heat, the stillness, the sting.

We long for winter’s crisp kiss,

For spring’s bright loom, for autumn’s bliss.

Your endless days, your blazing sun,

Make us yearn for when you're done.
