Menopause Blues
at a certain juncture
in a females life
the menopause
makes for a deal of strife
those of us who are
in our middle years
have days when we perspire
and shed the odd tear
ladies have not the best of it
at this particular time
the hormone levels dive
and are in decline
ladies schedule a visit
to your family GP
and obtain a prescription
for some hormone therapy
the turn around in your
well being will be a welcome sight
as you kiss the menopause blues
a fond goodnight
