I saw you dressed in tangerine
I’ve seen you dressed in white
White as that of a dove
As they’re taking flight
Towards a sky of baby blue
Over mountain peaks
Below the stars are promises
You make but never keep

I saw you dressed in tangerine
I’ve seen you wear all black
Darker than a shadows shadow
If we’re keeping track
So dark in fact, my next great act
Is to make you reappear
From the depths of the abyss
Where transparency’s quite clear
