I never knew the true value of basic needs
Food ,clothes and shelter,
Until I aged and became wiser
I let go of expectations andΒ Β wants,
And filled them with contentment.
Now with a few other necessary needs like medicine, transport,
A refrigerator to keep my ice creams ,
And a T.V. ,
Cause when it's on I feel I have company.
Life has become simple and sweet.
Most importantly I have stopped complaining,
And have learned to accept my pain,
That way people around me are happier.
