It's nearly and so it should be
but I have to decide,
stay tucked up in bed or
get up and glide into
the kitchen.

what's that old adage?
oh yes,
a stitch in time saves your brains from falling out.

so
out of the bed, I got to go
into the kitchen
make some joe
with
a splash of milk.

and now
decisions again,
back to bed
or
back into the game?

Wednesday has a bad habit
of making me think that it's okay
and I fall for it every time,

I could have stayed in the dream
should have had joe with cream
but doesn't it always seem
that we are never satisfied?
