Leaving the forest in an enlightened mood,

A hemlock root did intrude.

Sending me crashing upon my knee.

And the crow flew away mocking me.
Apologies to the reader, and Mr. Frost, for my state of mind. We seem to have lost everything that made us bind. Hellopoetry would not take this when I titled it Alternate Truth
