the webmaster is rarely if
ever seen at the

to fix things that aren't  
working quite
right

the writers send him emails
about items that need
repair
but he doesn't reply to them
nor seems to much
care

the site hasn't been functioning
well for some period of
time
which has the appearance of
a negligence
crime

the webmaster must be
extending the length of his
holiday
thereby leaving the writers
in a high and dry
way
