I did not want to wake you
take you from the sleep you keep in bubblegum machines
or disturb those flavoured dreams
in which you chew your lips
I leave these troubles to the night that slips away
and lightly lay beside you
kiss your cheek
touch your hair
feel you there
and tomorrow
I'll be where you want me to be,beside you in the bedroom we,
make such a lovely pair.
