Sleeping so soundly
dreaming of peace
deeper and deeper
so the dream would not cease
Dawn began to chase me
to shake me awake
could not let go of peace
so remained in that state
Violent cries out from beyond
woke so abruptly could not carry on
Since Peace could not follow into the morn
Found a way to stay asleep to lie in peace forever more
