You struggle each day
To get out of bed
Clothes tingle cross
Your spine
And with pain
Look at your
Laid out choices
Of shoes
Blue denim sneakers
Or rosy red
Flats
With little help
You grab the arm
Of your wheel chair
And sit down
You roll to the window
And view the weather
Satisfied you
Head  for coffee
And a bite of toast
Breakfast over ready to go
You put your mask on
Your ride is
Here
No matter the pay
No matter the weather
You happily
Go to work
Joining others in pain
But no complaining
You have a job
To do
And you do it
Well
You are part of society
And proud
Of it
Dedicated to  Life
