the bird isn't attractive
in its
looks
this you'll discover on
seeing it in
books

it patrols over the land
searching for
meat
which is lying atop the
ground's dusty
beat

this bird will travel
with others of its own
kind
as they seem to have
a fraternity of
mind

people in African countries
know it
well
for it picks clean
a carcass's
shell

its name rhymes
with the word
culture
yet there's no refinement
in its
nature
