When after stars burn out, with glowing dust falling far to earth
colored sparks and charges mingle in the trees
forest faeries come to gather tiny stars
from green summer leaves

With jars of light, they taking flight
little lanterns flitting through the woods
sprinkling starry heavens

Before the dawn they've
traveled long, blanketing the forest
now hide from sight they must
their wooded world born anew
sparkling with stardust
