She has a cream cheese exterior
Smooth and silky
Glistening in the 4 o’clock hour
Her claws have power
Bites me as I pretend cower
I make her dance with me
Says she’s my comfort
Begs me to let her go
Hugs and love noooo
Gives me a quick kiss
And returns for more
She’s asleep now
Irresistible to see
I just can’t resist
I hug her again
Then she bites me
And grabs my hand
As I yell “YOU'RE SO MEAN”!
It’s a game. I wouldn’t have it any other way. I always lose but I really win. She’s not really that mean, I just tell her she is.
