I hope you get to a point
Where you love yourself abundantly
May you embrace the ends of your hair
The space between your teeth
The span of your hips
And the flutter of your lashes
May you celebrate your acne prone face
Since we tend to only recognise smooth and shiny skin
May confidence peek through your stretchmarks
May you find happiness in your melanin overload or underload
I hope you can stand in the mirror and be okay with your weight
I hope you do no pin point any faults
May you get undesirable glow
May you find true contentment with your inner being
You are who you are
And you are for a reason
You are magnificence spelt out
You are beautiful.
May you remember that you are a true reflection of Gods perfection
