May 2013
Lacy white snowflakes hit the ground
Drifting from the grey clouds
Snowflakes kiss my cheeks
The snow catches on the branches of pines and firs
Evergreens and majestic trees are sleeping
In snows cotton blanket
So lovely, pure and innocent
Are the snowflakes that fall
To the ground in muted silence
And in pristine beauty

They silently fall
