I'm getting back to me.
My home,
My motherland,
My inner sanctum.
Shes been through some changes,
Shes changed, rearranged.
Growth, expansion and contraction.
She feels brand new but still familiar.
To me.

Comfort in her flexing walls,
Accommodate all shes been through,
Going through,
Who knows, who knew?
In order to come back,
You have to destroy to rebuild.
Stop driving pain, upset and misery deeper,
Until it has nowhere left to go.
Let go.

The outcome was always be the same,
If you repeat the same actions.
Avoid the insane,
Rule with your heart more,
Less with your brain.
Find joy, peace and beauty in the mundane,
In the everyday,
Find your balance in the world that rocks,
Because you rock!

You’ll be OK.
Growth is painful but necessary,
Come through.
Rebuild, restructure your inner sanctuary,
For a stronger, more resilient, more peaceful, more beautiful,
more leveled, more woke, more focused,
YOU.
The evidence of my personal growth and change of my mindset via mindfulness and meditation.
