And when she had
e x p e r i e n c e d each part
of herself--
in each part-
a healing
each part-
its newfound expression
each part-
finally comfortable
with the other parts
of who she is--
when the sum of the whole
in itself became whole
then she became whole.
And I
no longer needed
to go so many d i f f e r e n t
places
or press my face
to so many different
faces
just so that I
might find her.
