It started burning,
Flames buried the ground in ashes.
Our hearts are churning,
Susceptible to the new heat flashes.

Earth's lungs dying,
It's dire dying last breath.
Wind is no longer flying,
Through the tree tops - Because there is nothing left...

And we'll be left standing,
Moping around doing absolutely nothing.
Thinking everything's everlasting,
When everything around - is disintegrating...
Just a poem about the current climate change and how the Amazon - Earth's lungs - burned to ashes and we never did anything...
